The chocolate she uses is simply the best gourmet chocolate from sustainable production and not a cheap substitute that shouldn’t even be called chocolate.
How can you recognize a chocolate substitute that should actually be defined as a sugar tablet? Sugar is in the first place on the ingredients list, but it also contains palm and other – hydrogenated – vegetable oil, while there’s just sprinkle of cocoa.

Lake Maribor is an accumulation lake created by the damming of the Drava river for the construction of the Mariborski Otok hydroelectric power plant.
Nowadays this area is protected as a landscape park. It is very popular destination for various types of recreational activities, to do sport, to explore its riparian biotopes (the southern shore of the lake is almost entirely covered with forest and there are several shallows, interesting habitats for many animal species) or to admire the breathtaking landscape and relax. By the lake you will also find Frida’s chocolate manufactory, the chocolate coffee shop Aunt Frida Manufaktura Limbuš together with Chocolate Experience Center, and Frida’s Chocolate Village.
