General terms and conditions for Aunt Frida online shop are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (Zakon o varstvu potrošnikov – ZVPot), the Electronic Commerce Act (Zakon o elektronskem poslovanju na trgu - ZEPT) and Personal Data Protection Act (Zakon o varstvu osebnih podatkov - ZVOP-1).
General terms and conditions are related and deal with how the online shop works, user rights and business relationship between seller and buyer.
By placing an order on our website you agree to the general terms and conditions regarding collaboration and purchase.
Terms and conditions for purchasing on website www.auntfrida.eu
Customers hereby confirm to have read the text of general terms and conditions of the web shop at the website www.auntfrida.eu and to agree with them.
Purchases on www.auntfrida.eu are carried out by company Naturalica Foods d.o.o., Miklavčeva ulica 5, 2000 Maribor.
On Teta Frida online store www.tetafrida.eu you can purchase our sweet chocolate creations and other products, which can be found in our subpages at www.auntfrida.eu/sales-program. On www.auntfrida.eu you can find our offer, information about our items and prices. Purchase conditions are in accordance with the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act.
You can shop on our online store https://www.auntfrida.eu/ either as a guest or as a registered user. In both cases the purchase data are recorded in our database. Registration process can be done while purchasing or on the “Login” subpage https://www.auntfrida.eu/login. By registering the user obtains his/her username – which is the e-mail address he/she used – and password. Username and password are determined and linked to the entered data. Registered users are then able to see the history of their completed orders and their user account information. Users can change their user account data by logging into their profie. E-mail address cannot be changed: in order to use a new e-mail address, the user will have to create a new user account through the registration process. Personal data protection is described below.
With each subsequent purchase, the user will have to log in to the online store using his/her username and password, which were obtained during the registration process. By logging into the online store, the user will also be able to view and change his/her data (address, password, past orders history, etc.).
In order to put an item into his/her basket, the user has to click on the icon ”Add to basket”. The selected items can be found in a basket located in the top right corner of the page: the user can check and edit them by clicking on the basket (change the quantity and/or remove items from the list). To place the order click on the ”Checkout” icon. There are 4 steps to confirm and place the order:
Step 1: the user can review his/her order (list and quantity of items) and eventually edit them, if necessary. If the items list is edited, the final price is automatically recalculated. During step 1 the user can also enter a promo code previously received from the provider and obtain an additional discount. The discount is calculated by clicking on the ‘Confirm’ icon. Promo codes can be limited by time validity, number and value.
By clicking on the icon ”Proceed with order”, the user is guided to step 2.
Step 2: Choosing how to purchase. It is possible to Purchase items without registration, Logging with a Facebook account, Logging with an existing account on https://www.auntfrida.eu/ online store, or by creating a new account through Registration.
In case of purchase without registration, in the following steps he/she will only have to provide information that is necessary to place the order. No user account will be created during the purchase process.
If the user logs in with a Facebook account, both registration and login to the online store are performed using the data of his/her Facebook account. The user will have to use this data to log in in the future (for either place orders or edit his/her account information).
If the user had already made an account, he/she can log in with an existing account credentials. If he/she has forgotten the password, it can be reset by clicking on the icon ”Forgot password?”. Or new user can newly register his/her account by entering her/his e-mail address and choose password (2x), and by clicking on the icon ”Register” proceeds to the next step.
Step 3: user enters his/her e-mail data; chooses delivery method - he/she can either collect the order at Teta Frida Europark Maribor, Teta Frida Chocolate Village Limbuš, Teta Frida Citycenter Celje, Teta Frida Planet Koper, Teta Frida Aleja Ljubljana, Teta Frida Citypark Ljubljana or have it delivered by delivery service (shipping cost will be displayed before placing the order), personal data as name, surname, delivery address (address, post code, city and country) and telephone number. If the user wants to receive an invoice for his/her company, he/she must tick this option on and enter company data (company name, company VAT number and whether or not it is subject to VAT).
In the next step, the user goes on with the order by clicking on the icon ”Proceed to payment”.
Step 4: the user selects the method of payment (by pro forma invoice, cash on delivery or credit card), confirms that he/she agrees with the general terms and conditions by clicking on the ”Confirm” button, and completes the purchase. The user can see a confirmation of his/her purchase and receives an e-mail that confirms and summarises it at the e-mail address he/she entered. If the user chooses payment by credit card, he/she will be redirected to the interface where payment is carried out. After successfully carrying out the payment, he/she will see the confirmation of the purchase. The user also receives a summary of the order at his/her e-mail address.
After the confirmation by the user and the execution of the order during step 4, Naturalica Foods d.o.o. sends the user an e-mail confirming the order.
Before the order confirmation Aunt Frida reviews the order and reserves the right to reject it if any item is no longer in stock or in case of incorrect prices that are due to errors in automated transfers. In this case, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible. In case of data ambiguity or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery, the company can call the customer on the telephone number that he/she has entered.
The purchase contract between Naturalica Foods d.o.o. and the buyer is concluded at the point of confirmation of the order. From this moment on, prices and conditions are fixed and will apply to both Naturalica Foods d.o.o. and the buyer. Buyer is considered to be the person with the data, entered into the system at placing the order. Later changes of buyer data is not possible. By placing the order the buyer guarantees the accuracy of entered data and at the same time irrevocably confirms the terms and conditions as the integral part of the purchase contract.
The confirmed order or the purchase contract is stored in electronic form at Naturalica Foods d.o.o. headquarters, Miklavčeva ulica 5, 2000 Maribor.
Buyers can obtain a copy of the contract by sending a request via e-mail to the e-mail address email@example.com or by contacting us by telephone number 02 805 13 88 .
Costs associated with the usage of means of communication when placing orders do not differ from basic tariffs.
Material defects, complaints, customer service, and warranty
In accordance with ZVPot (Consumer Protection Act ), Naturalica Foods d.o.o. is liable for material defects of the goods.
Buyer must notify Naturalica Foods d.o.o. of any material defect - together with a detailed description of it - within two days after the discovery of the defect. Buyer must also allow the inspection of the goods. Naturalica Foods d.o.o. is not liable for any material defects that appear after the expiration of the period prescribed by law from the receipt of goods.
The right to assert a material defect in the goods is regulated in more detail by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
We at Naturalica Foods d.o.o. are aware of the importance of complaints. This is why we try to find solutions to complaints as soon as possible in accordance with legal provisions.

After the confirmation of order and in accordance with our buyer, we will either plan the collection of the shipment – which will be carried out by the Post of Slovenia or another provider - or the personal collection of the goods at one of our physical shops. Together with the goods you have ordered, we will also provide the buyer with a copy of the original invoice.
The buyer must then return the goods to the company within 10 days after sending a written notice of withdrawal from the purchase and cover return costs. Products must be unused and undamaged in order to be accepted. A copy of the order must be attached to the goods. Return shipping costs will be born by the buyer. The provider will refund the purchase price together with delivery costs as soon as possible within 20 days from the receipt of the costumer’s withdrawal from the purchase.
All prices are shown in Euros and include VAT, as declared in the final statement. Prices and other benefits (as discounts) are valid from the moment when the order is placed and do not have a predetermined time validity. The prices shown are only valid for purchases on our online store www.tetafrida.eu and for the methods of payment listed below (in accordance with our terms and condition).
Teta Frida reserves the right to change the prices daily without prior notice.
If price information is incorrect or prices are changed during the processing of the order, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase.
Regardless of the chosen method of payment, the buyer will receive an invoice for the purchase either via e-mail (in .pdf format) immediately after the delivery of the package or printed immediately after receiving the package.
Online store www.tetafrida.eu accepts the following payment methods:
- by pro forma invoice** - after the purchase, the buyer will receive payment information via e-mail,
- by debit or credit card.
In case of cancellation of order or change of method of payment when paying by credit card on our website, please inform us via e-mail email@example.com or call us at 02 805 13 88 to refund the purchase price.
**After receiving the payment according to the offer/pro forma invoice, the order is processed.
When choosing the method of payment ”Pro forma invoice”, you will receive payment information via e-mail: the total amount, payment reference and purpose of payment. In this case, you will pay for the ordered goods by an UPN payment order (standardised form) at a bank, at a post office or via Online Bank Payment. After settling the payment, you can send us a confirmation of payment via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to have your order processed faster. The received pro forma invoice must be settled within no later than 3 working days, otherwise Aunt Frida will cancel the order.
When choosing pro forma invoice as method of payment, the payment on Naturalica Foods d.o.o. current bank account is arranged based on the data received by the user.
Delivery and collection
The ordered goods in stock will be delivered within 3 working days after receiving the order or after the receipt of payment when pro forma invoice is selected as a method of payment (unless otherwise indicated). Holidays and weekends may extend shipping time. If the ordered goods are not in stock when the order is placed, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone.
Delivery is carried out in collaboration with Post of Slovenia or another provider. If you are not at home when your goods are delivered, you will be able to collect them in accordance with the rules of the delivery provider.
Prior to receipt the buyer is obliged to check the goods (conditions and number) and to record any visible damage to the packaging or to the goods. Complaint notifications are to be sent via e-mail immediately at email@example.com or to be handed in person at the company’s headquarters.
Shipping costs and invoice
The buyer covers packaging and delivery costs. Costs are calculated according to the price list and weight of the shipment. Shipping costs will be calculated and shown before placing the order. VAT is included in the delivery price.
Packaging and delivery costs are charged at the time of purchase on the www.tetafrida.eu online store.
The buyer receives the goods at his/her address in accordance with the rules of the delivery provider.
Upon receipt of the ordered goods, the buyer will also receive an original invoice with all the regarding information in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale published on this page (the buyer confirms to agree with them when placing the order).
After shipping the ordered goods, Aunt Frida also sends on request an invoice to the customer via e-mail (electronic format).
If the buyer chooses personal collection as shipping method, he/she will receive a printed invoice upon receipt.
Final price and all costs related to the purchase are broken down in the invoice.
The buyer must check the correctness of the data before placing the order, since later objections regarding the correctness of invoices issued by Aunt Frida will not be taken into account.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days from the receipt of the goods. During this time, the consure must send a written notice of withdrawal (this only applies to natural persons who do not acquire items for further retail).
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact and inform Naturalica Foods d.o.o., Miklavčeva ulica 5, 2000 Maribor, via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone: 02 805 13 88 of their decision to withdraw from the contract (via mail, fax, or e-mail). The customer may use the sample withdrawal form which is available upon request and will be sent via e-mail.
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the customer must cover direct return costs of the goods.
If the customer has already received the ordered goods and withdraws from the contract, he/she must return the goods to Naturalica Foods d.o.o. as soon as possible within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal. The goods must be returned undamaged and unaltered in the original, undamaged packaging, together with all of the related documentation and a copy of the original invoice.
The company will refund the purchase price within 14 days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The company reserves the right to withhold the refund of the purchase price until receipt of the returned goods or until the customer provides proof that the goods have been sent back.
The right to be refunded of the purchase price in case of warranty claim and/or material defects is regulated more in detail by the provisions of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act.
Complaints and disputes
Naturalica Foods d.o.o. follows consumer protection legislation and will use its best endeavours to ensure effective complaint handling.

Complaints handling procedure is confidential.
Naturalica Foods d.o.o. will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within 5 working days and inform the customer about how long the procedure will take and its progress.
Any disputes arising from purchasing on the online store www.tetafrida.eu between the buyer and Naturalica Foods d.o.o. will primarily be resolved by agreement between the parties. If this is not possible, the competent court in Maribor shall have jurisdiction to resolve disputes.
Naturalica d.o.o. does not acknowledge any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent for resolving consumer disputes that could be initiated by the consumer in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act (Zakon o izvensodnem reševanju potrošniških sporov - ZIsRPS).
Protection of personal data
By concluding the purchase contract, you agree that we store and use your personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information material, offers, invoices, notifications, news) and other necessary communication.
Naturalica Foods d.o.o undertakes the handling of all acquired personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (adequate protection against loss, destruction, falsification, manipulation and unauthorised access or discovery by third parties). Despite the appropriate technical and organisational procedures to secure the data we collect, Naturalica Foods d.o.o. cannot rule out possible misuse of data, as the Internet is an unpredictable medium despite security measures and communication protocols.
The user is also liable for the protection of personal data by ensuring the security of his/her username and password and the appropriate equipment of his/her software, which must be updated and feature antivirus protection.
Naturalica Foods d.o.o. collects the following user data: name and surname, address and place of residence, e-mail address, telephone number and other data that users enter in the forms on the website www.tetafrida.eu. Aunt Frida is not liable for the accuracy of the data entered by users.
