New Crunchies taste - Crispy strawberries in ruby chocolate

Lyophilized strawberries mixed with ruby chocolate are extremely crunchy and, despite freeze drying, they retain their vibrant color, aromas, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants - just like fresh strawberries. In the process of lyophilization or deep freeze drying, namely only water is removed from the fruit, while its structure, aroma, color, minerals and vitamins are preserved, which would be damaged during other drying processes.
